How Long Can I Put My ITem on LAYAWAY?
We offer interest free layaway for any item over $500. If the item is $500 to $1000, it will be split into two monthly payments. If the item is $1000 and above, it will be split into three monthly payments. Layaway cannot go above a three month period.
HOW ARE PAYMENTS arranged?
We require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the purchase price with VAT to place items on layaway. The balance will be split over a course of two to three months. The minimum monthly payment on the remainder of your balance, as indicated on your invoice, must be made every thirty days. The dates of future payments will be indicated on the invoice. Payments can be made at anytime within the 30 day period.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Discounted items can be paid for with cash or credit only. Items can be purchased via credit card over the phone or by email. Your privacy is respected and none of your information is stored, unless otherwise requested. Proof of purchase for items purchased via phone or email will be emailed to the address provided at time of purchase. For purchases via check, clients must provide an up-to-date phone number and email address for security purposes.
What If I Do NOT MAKE A PAYMENT?
There is a $50 penalty fee for any late payment over 14 days. If a payment is not made within sixty days, the item will be returned to floor and 50% of the purchase price (including the 30% down-payment) will be forfeited as a restocking fee.
CAN I CANCEL MY LAYAWAY PURCHASE?
Your layaway purchase can be cancelled. However, Oasis will retain the 30% non-refundable down-payment, which you can use as store credit within 90 days of your initial payment. You must have your receipt to show proof of purchase.
