Since opening our outdoor showroom in 2008 and our indoor branch in 2017, Oasis Living Bahamas has become the premier destination for furniture, home décor, and gifts in The Bahamas. Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of serving a wide range of clients, from residential and commercial properties to developers across New Providence and the family islands, including Exuma, Abaco, and Eleuthera.
Our curated collections feature a diverse mix of styles, from coastal and modern to boho-inspired designs. At Oasis, our mission is simple: to offer high-quality furniture at affordable prices. By cutting out the middleman and working directly with trusted manufacturers around the world, we’re able to keep costs down without compromising on quality. Each year, we source over 15 forty-foot containers, bringing in fresh, on-trend pieces that meet the needs of our clients.

Inspired by the breathtaking natural beauty of The Bahamas, the vibrant charm of Tulum and Indonesia, and the artisanal craftsmanship of Morocco and India, Oasis embraces a design philosophy that celebrates the organic, unique, and comfortable. Our style is deeply rooted in the coastal elegance surrounding us, featuring light, airy finishes in white-washed woods and warm, natural tones. We incorporate a variety of textures, such as jute and seagrass, to create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.

Meet The Team
BROOKE PYFROM
Owner
Brooke was born and raised in Nassau, The Bahamas. In her twenties, she did property-staging and managed a family-owned outdoor furniture company. After purchasing her first home, she realized she had to look abroad for the contemporary, natural, and authentic furnishings she desired. This inspired her to launch an indoor branch of Oasis, building on the company’s solid reputation for outdoor furniture.
Brooke traveled extensively throughout North Africa and the Far East, visiting bustling markets and remote villages where she formed lasting relationships with artisans and craftsmen. Collaborating closely with them, she often sketched or described her vision for custom pieces—leaving behind orders for everything from copper-lined fixtures to hand-carved tables and jute rugs.
Brooke loves building on neutral bases in a room and adding little pops of color. She is a passionate advocate for calming, warm spaces with pieces that feel grounding and connected to the natural environment.
LINDSAY FARRINGTON
Store Manager
Lindsay was born and raised in Nassau, The Bahamas and studied abroad at boarding school in Maryland and then attended Rollins College. After working in marketing for over ten years in the food and beverage industry, Lindsay moved to Florida and was the director of an Alzheimer’s non-profit organisation.
Always passionate about design, Lindsay worked alongside an interior designer in Palm Beach before joining the Oasis team in 2022. Known for her exceptional customer service, Lindsay goes above and beyond to ensure clients feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her warm, approachable nature makes every client interaction a pleasant experience.
Her design style is vibrant and dynamic, featuring bright pops of color and bold patterns that add energy and personality to any space. Lindsay’s goal is to help clients create spaces that reflect their unique taste while making them feel right at home.
DYAH NEILSON
Operations Coordinator
Dyah was born and raised in Nassau, The Bahamas, and received her BFA in Visual Arts at York University in Toronto, Canada. Dyah’s career in design began in 2018 when she started working as a showroom curator, and by 2019, she joined the Oasis Furniture team. Over the years, Dyah has worked her way up to become the store manager, and now, she balances her role as part-time Operations Coordinator while pursuing her career as a professional artist.
For Dyah, the composition of a room mirrors that of a painting—the same principles of balance, harmony, and aesthetics apply. This perspective informs her work at Oasis, where she oversees showroom curation, special projects, marketing, and various operational tasks. Whether she’s crafting a vision for a room or working on a new art piece, Dyah brings a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep love for design to everything she does.
