Custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit when the order is placed, the remaining 50% will be charged when you pick up your order. If you choose to cancel your custom order item(s) prior to delivery or pick up, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.
Once delivered, Oasis retains the right to refuse custom order returns or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason.
